We are not in the business of enforcement. However, there are publishers, labels, and third parties dedicated to hunting down copyright violators. Performing Rights Organizations, for example, actively seek businesses and venues that perform music without licensing. The result of unlicensed use can be permanent strikes on your account, a take-down of the copyrighted material, and in some cases, legal action. Will you get caught? Maybe. Maybe not.
