Within 6-9 months of filing, you will receive an official Certificate of Registration from the USCO that will be mailed directly to you.

Copyright processing times can vary based on a different factors. Often the single largest delay is filing errors like blank questions or a missing deposit payment. In doing so, we can reduce delays and file your registration claim quickly and efficiently. Our Copyright Experts will review your claim and promptly file it if ready. With any corrections or clarifications we need to make, we will follow up with you. Once filed, you will receive your Easy Song Proof of Filing document via email showing that we have completed all necessary steps to file your copyright claim with the United States Copyright Office.

We do not handle any of the mailing with your physical Certificate of Registration from the USCO, but your Proof of Filing document will be accessible online through your Easy Song account.
