How Do I Cancel or Change My Membership?

You can cancel your membership yourself at any time:

1. Sign in and go to Your Membership.
2. Select Cancel membership, tell us briefly why, and confirm.

Your membership stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your membership discount ends and any unused membership credits expire, so use them before then.

To change your membership, for example from VIP to All Access, please contact us.

We email you a reminder 15 days before your membership renews each year.
