Where is the license I just paid for?

For Cover Song Licensing, your Proof of Licensing is delivered within 1–2 business days after you submit your order. Check the email address associated with your Easy Song account, including your spam/junk folder.

If more than 2 business days have passed and you have not received your Proof of Licensing, contact us with your order details and we will look into it.

For Custom Licensing, the timeline is different. Custom Licensing involves direct negotiation with music publishers and/or record labels, and turnaround depends on their response time. Your assigned agent will keep you updated throughout the process.
